Salt and Vinegar Chicken

I love vinegar! This recipe was easy and so tasty. My husband isn't a fan of chicken thighs, so next time, I think I'll use chicken breasts. Yummy!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

Creole Chicken I

Absolutely fabulous! We added green chiles and used chicken breast, low fat ham and low fat smoked sausage to lower fat and calories. We will be making this regularly in our house!!

Tex Mex Meatloaf

I've never met a meatloaf I didn't like. This one is very good, although I needed to add a little more bread to thicken the consistency. I'll make it again.

My husband and I loved this recipe. It was so rich and cheesy. My little girl didn't think much of it, but 7 year old children can be pretty finicky. This is a definite keeper!!!
