Clone of a Cinnabon

Made these just as written except for the frosting/glaze halved the cream cheese and they were PERFECT!! I did flip them over to allow the good stuff to recoat the rolls - YUMMMMMMMMMM!!

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Everyone in my family LOVED this recipe and it was perfect for using up some packages of dinner roll dough I had in the freezer. We went thru a double batch!!!

This was FANTASTIC!! I may never make pumkin pie again! I made this as written except for adding another egg and it was so good I didn't want to share it. Wasn't too sweet at all. I used a Pillsbury golden butter cake mix so maybe the brand you use makes a difference.

Leslie's Broccoli, Wild Rice, and Mushroom Stuffing

Made this for a family get-together and it was the star of the show - everybody loved it - even my picky brother!!! I did add extra chicken broth as it seemed to be a little dry when I checked it while it was baking!

Seafood Enchiladas

Made this with most of Carens adaptations, we didn't have cumin or cayenne pepper, so I used Old Bay Seasoning, WOW - these were PERFECT - and they go far - Totally worth the calories in this extr rich recipe!!
