Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

I do the exact same thing with my broccoli, though I spread it out and let it get a little burnt and ad some lemon juice. best way to do veggies ever

The Best Zucchini Fritters Ever

I shredded the zucchini, used parmesan, then added 1/2 cup asiago, and used only 2/3c milk and these turned out awesome. too bad I didn't have any sour cream for dipping these in though. Oh and I used a leek instead of an onion because I didn't have any.

Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs

The ONLY thing I changed was that I used half as much soy sauce as was called for, since I'm really sensitive to salty tastes anyway, and I forgot to put in the garlic till halfway through, but I don't think it made a difference. These were some of the BEST ribs I've ever had!

Crispy Orange Beef

Never made anything "oriental" before. I made a few modifications, I didn't have any orange juice concentrate, so I took a little over a cup of orange juice and reduced it down to 2 tbsp, used half as much rind, no salt (plenty in the soy sauce) half the sugar, 1/4 tsp powdered ginger instead of fresh, and rice vinegar instead of rice wine vinegar. The Vinegar smell was pretty overpowering and I was scared it wouldn't be any good, but it was awesome!

Tasty Lemonade

I used homemade brown sugar, so it's darker than it probably should have been, but it still turned out GREAT. I always worry that a lemonade recipe will be too sweet for me, but this was great!

I had absolutely no trouble with the recipe as it was written, I used less sugar, and less syrup because I'm not a fan of sweets. It was delicious, my family ate the whole thing in two days!
