Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2008
A recipe. Too easy, I got home from the grocery store and literally had it in the oven within minutes. Everyone loved it.

Hearty Meatball Soup II

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2008
Absolutely wonderful! My husband is not a huge vegetable fan, but he ate this great soup, even though it truns out chock full of veggies. My daughter (1 1/2) was crazy about it. I made it just as the instructions said, but if you want more of a soup texture, add some more liquid. I liked the way it turned out, thick and very hearty. Can't wait to make it again.

Shepherd's Pie Daddy's Way

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2008
If you have some imagination, this turns out very good. I had to add a vegetable, and it happened to be corn. Also, I had onions with the meat. Used shredded cheddar instead of american slices, but that's to be expected. Everyone loved it and it was all eaten.

Barbeque Beef Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2008
I just don't think the flavors melded well together. I DID follow the original recipe, and I do believe the recipe would be better following the advice from these ratings. (1.Drain right after browning meat, 2. Extra barbeque sauce, 3. Less than 3 boxes of CB mix) I do believe it may have been a little better than, but not something I'd make more than once. No one liked it.

Marshmallow Treats

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
Rice Crispy treats that you expect homemade. Not like the yucky store bought, which is what you get when you use marshmallow fluff. Wetting hands with water was a good tip. Wish I knew that years ago when my mom and I made these for school.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
I was doubtful about this, but after cooking for 4 or 5 hours, the juices turn into the base for an amazing gravy. Mix cornstarch and water and add. I served it with mashed potatoes and everyone loved it.
