Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
I have been making a similar recipe for years but I have to say the chicken broth makes all the difference. Delicious!

World's Best Lasagna
I have made this twice now and the first time I used fennel and the second time without. We prefer without. I followed a suggestion to soak the noodles in warm tap water rather than cook them and it turned out great. Used fresh basil. Delicious will make again and again.

Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake
Very moist and delicious. I substituted apple sauce for the oil and made muffins. I lined and then filled the muffin tins 3/4 full. It made 24 muffins.They didnt rise very high but still tasted great.
