Omelet Biscuit Cups

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2011
Since I found this recipe it has become one of our FAVES! I do use bacon instead of sausage only because we LOVE bacon. Last weekend my husband and boys requested this. I had NO canned biscuits so I used bisquick pancake mix and added 2 TBSP of sugar! Holly Yum! I was not sure how it would turn out but they were PERFECT! Thanks so much for this recipe!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
HOLY COW! This was the best soup I have EVER made! Made it at home and again for a family get together and EVERYONE gobbled it up! So amazing! I did use can tomatoes with basil instead of fresh tomatoes. I didn't drain them so I omitted the water. AWESOME recipe and now one of my favorite!!!

No Bake Cookies V

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
Turned out just like I remembered them. I was a little hesitant with the crunchy peanut butter but YUMMY! 39 degrees in Florida so it was a perfect time to make them. These will not work for us in South Florida in August though. Unless you set your AC at 50 they will not set up correctly!

Not a fan of these, they had an odd taste to me. My husband and two teenage sons loved them though.

Easy German Chocolate Cake

YUMMY! We had this for Thanksgiving & I was so happy to find this recipe! Because I am in FL I did have to microwave the cream cheese mixture in 10 second increments and increase the oven temp slightly. Turned out perfect and a beautiful presentation! Thanks so much for sharing!!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
I followed this recipe exactly for Christmas Eve family gathering! It was more than awesome, it was amazing! The only tip I used was putting it in the freezer for an hour prior to trying to roll into a ball, I am in South Florida and it is real humid. Other than that perfect don't change a thing! This was the first thing to go at the party, next time I will double the recipe! Thanks!!

WARNING! You'll want to make one of these just for you to consume all by yourself! The fudge part tastes EXACTLY like what you'll find at your local DQ, I could drink it!! Thanks so much!

Seriously? I have looked at this recipe 101 times thinking it could not be this good and I am not a huge lasagna lover. Once I gave in and tried it OMG there are not enough stars for this one! This was not just good it was out of this world delicious!! I really didn't find it to be all that hard to make either! YAY and many thanks for this amazing recipe!
