Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
This was the Best pork roast I have ever made. My husband devoured it last night. Only made a couple changes only because I had to use what I had in the fridge. I cut up sweet onions and put on bottom of crock pot and then used a Hormel (roast flavor) roast patted dry and needed to use Spicy Brown mustard (all I had) cooked on low for 7-8 hours and then thickened sauce in a pan on the stove with cornstarch while the roast rested, then served on mashed potatoes with asparagus on the side. Delish. Will for sure be making this again and again.

Veal, Chicken and Beef Canelloni

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2008
This was wonderful with a few changes that I made. I only used ground chicken and ground beef. I added garlic and spinich and onion to the meat mixture and it turned out great. My mother in law wants me to make this for a luncheon for 30 or more people. Love the crepe idea rather than pasta, makes it a bit lighter. Will for sure make it again and again.

Seared Tuna with Wasabi-Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2008
I have made this about 6 times now and my husband and I love it. We double the sauce though and put on top of steamed fingerling potatoes. Delish. I am not a seafood person but tuna steaks are great. Not at all what I expected it to taste like. This is a keeper and will make all the time. Thanks.

Cashew Avocado Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2008
My husband told me to review this as he said it was the BEST chicken salad I have ever made. I did omit the cashews as he doesn't like nuts in food. I did add curry powder and I think that made the difference. We both loved it. Will make again and again.
