Pomegranate Relish
good relish... a good way to get the seeds out, I cut the pomegranate in half and fill a large bowl with cold water and break apart the pieces in the water and push out the seeds with my thumbs as I break it all apart.. the rind and white pieces will float, while the seeds go to the bottom. Scoop off the white stuff and rinse seeds in collander, doing a final cleaning and throw seeds on a couple paper towels. saw this on "Good Eats" w/ Alton Brown

Salmon with Fruit Salsa
Overall good recipe. I did the foil packets and it worked well. the salsa was a bit oniony for my wife so we might cut it back some the next time.

Moroccan Salmon Cakes with Garlic Mayonnaise
very good recipe.. we fried some cutup squash, asparagas, onion and other veggies in olive oil and seasoning and put the left over couscous in with it for a tasty side dish. 2 eggs didn't make it stick together well so maybe next time 3 whole eggs. overall very tasty dish and easy to make.
