Italian Baked Cannelloni

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2011
Loved this recipe. I used half Italian sausage and have ground beef and added spinach like others suggested. I also made extra sauce. My only complaints are that 1/2 cup olive does not seem necessary and I personally thought it had too many onions (my husband disagrees). I will definately make this again! Thanks for sharing

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2010
Excellent recipe. I did as others suggested I used 1/4 apple sauce and 1/4 oil. I also used regular size chocolate chips, next time I will use the miniature chips. I also added a few chips to the top. Very moist and very good

Chicken Asparagus Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2010
Great recipe, simple, not a lot of ingredients and great flavor. Only a few adjustments: I added the sauce on the inside and melted butter on top the last 5 minutes to brown the bread crumbs (other reviewers suggested) and I used less mustard. I think next time, I will use the recommended amount of mustard. However, I will also use less salt. This recipe is a good substitute for a fine gourmet meal. Thanks

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2010
Very Good, very simple but use less onions! I used 1/2 onion diced and it was still a little overwhelming. I ended up adding more tomatoes and some red pepper flakes. Next time I think I will add some red Bell pepper.

This recipe was a party pleaser! I followed some of the recommendations and added two cans of beans. My party guests said this recipe was the best beans they have ever had. Zero leftovers!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2010
Great Recipe. Like a few of the other allrecipe chefs I added shredded carrots and zucchini. I also decided to use shredded cheese rather than the cubed. The loaf had good texture and a nice even cheesy flavor. The only suggestion is to use less salt.

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2008
Love this recipe! I changed only a few things. I doubled the veggies and added extra lemon juice. I only used 4 tbs of chicken soup base and low sodium broth.
