Italian Baked Cannelloni
Loved this recipe. I used half Italian sausage and have ground beef and added spinach like others suggested. I also made extra sauce. My only complaints are that 1/2 cup olive does not seem necessary and I personally thought it had too many onions (my husband disagrees). I will definately make this again! Thanks for sharing

Chicken Asparagus Roll-Ups
Great recipe, simple, not a lot of ingredients and great flavor. Only a few adjustments: I added the sauce on the inside and melted butter on top the last 5 minutes to brown the bread crumbs (other reviewers suggested) and I used less mustard. I think next time, I will use the recommended amount of mustard. However, I will also use less salt. This recipe is a good substitute for a fine gourmet meal. Thanks

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
Very Good, very simple but use less onions! I used 1/2 onion diced and it was still a little overwhelming. I ended up adding more tomatoes and some red pepper flakes. Next time I think I will add some red Bell pepper.
