Unbelievable Spinach Calzones
Very good, very easy-my kind of cooking. ;o) Tried the pizza crust and it worked perfectly. The elasticity of the dough let it stretch easily without tearing. Thank you, Wheatfields, for the delicious filling. Thank you, reviewers, for the pizza crust suggestion.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
I'm 67 and have baked and tasted a lot of cookies along the way. I'm not easily impressed. Well, I'm impressed!! :-) Stephanie, how on earth could anybody come up with the concept of a cookie with no flour? Sounds almost profane! LOL They were delicious. My grown son tried one and stated "Now that's a for real peanut butter cookie!" They were soft, moist and the peanut butter taste was amazing, pure and undiluted.I had reduced the sugar by 1/2, 1/4 c white and 1/4 c light brown, used a heaping regular coffee spoon to measure amount and crisscrossed with a fork dipped in white sugar. They baked 10 minutes because of their size and cooled for 10 minutes before I took them off the sheet. I wound up with 14 good sized cookies. Great. Thanks again, Stephanie!

Shrimp Burritos
Just made this tonight. Wow, that Chipotle sauce is fantastic.I totally agree with the poster who said" make your own style of burrito if you want but make this sauce to go with it".I'm so averse to hot spices, I don't even pepper my eggs.;o) but this never got uncomfortly hot.Just deliciously smoky with a Jalapeno taste but not heat? It might've been because I used the adobo sauce instead of the actual Jalapeno but it came out great.Kudos on this sauce, Shackl. All the other components were good but the sauce was the boss!!!!
