Even though I love to cook, that is not my passion. I love rock climbing, playing paintball, roller bladeing, riding go karts, or pretty much anything like that.

Italian food is my favorite, however i also love making Asian style food and desserts.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christmas cookies with my whole family. Between all of us we have about 30 family recipes that i wont post because they're "family recipes".
My cooking triumphs
My biggest cooking triumph was sticky buns from scratch. The first 4 times I attempted them, they didn't rise and flopped. But I was determined and they came out perfect the fifth time. I've been making them ever since. Yum!
