Kielbasa and Cabbage

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
Everyone loved it! Easy to make as well. I added carrots and red potatoes, for good measure. Why not?

Company Chicken Pasta Salad with Grapes

it does dry out, but I just added a little more mayo and balsamic vinegar the second day and it was great. Oh, and sea salt for taste. Yum!

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2009
I've made this twice. Delicious both times, and very simple. It takes mine an hour to bake, so I put foil over the top during the second half to prevent burning. I also press a layer of cheese in the bottom of the crust before adding everything else to prevent sogginess. Works great.

Fragrant Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2008
Unvelievably delicious, unbelievably easy. 5 stars. I BAKED mine in the oven at 350 for over 2 hours with a foil tent to keep the moisture in. Perfect, I tell you. Perfect! The apples were a hit. Next time I'm putting more in and around the chicken. I used fresh rosemary snippets, so that was a bomb of a taste. I didn't have a lemon, so I used a lime. No biggie. Highly recommend.

It was very simple and easy to make, and for extra flavoring I added butter-sauteed onions and garlic and a few more herbs. It was sooo good.

Pretty much the tastiest and easiest ham ever on the face of the earth! My whole family loved it, and we couldn't get enough of the left overs for sandwiches or otherwise. Yum!

Creole Seasoning Blend

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
I've used this about 5 times, and I kind of wing it every time since I don't have all the peppers, and it turns out great.

Cornbread Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
We loved this recipe. So easy and so tasty. It was a bit too moist even though we cooked it 10 minutes longer than required. Not sure why. Maybe I put too much sour cream in...

Quick Lemon Dijon Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2008
I've made this for 2 separate friends/family, and both said it was delicious and thought I was a gourmet chef. I was afraid to tell them how EASY this recipe really was! I didn't have the "creole style" seasoning, so I just looked it up on the internet and found that all the spices were there in my cupboard. Just basic stuff, really. It is a very forgiving recipe. If you get the amounts "wrong" it still tastes good.

Quinoa Side Dish

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2008
Unbelievably delicious. Everyone always asks me for the recipe. The herbs and garlic and butter really provide a nice fresh flavor to the otherwise fairly boring grain.
