Busy Day Chicken

Loved this recipe, loved it even more after reading the reviews. Took the suggestion of layering onions, bbq sauce(Baby Rays)and boneless chicken breasts. After finishing three layers in my big crock, I added a can of chicken broth to keep chicken from getting dry. Also added some Johnny's salt and garlic chips. Family loved it, including the liquid, constantly dipping their rolls into it. Thank you for this quick and easy recipe.

Stewed Tomato Pasta

Easy and quick to make. The family liked it a lot. I did add ground hamburger. Instead of italian seasoning(was out of it) I added garlic powder, basil, oregano and chives. Used elbow macaroni, as its what I had on had. Thanks for the simple yummy recipe!

Tuna Pea Wiggle

My family and I liked the recipe. It did taste a little floury though and it was a bit blan. I added extra pepper and some onion seasoning. Also added extra can of tuna. Thanks for the recipe, will make it again!

Onion Pasta

My family did like this dish, however I did do a couple things different. After reading many reviews regarding the oil, I omitted it completely and used just butter and cooking spray. I used only three onions. Also did not use water and bouillon and used 1 can of chicken broth instead. Added garlic powder for more taste. All in all, we do like this recipe and may add other things next time like broccoli or chicken.

Mini Meatloaves

Yum Yum! My family loved this recipe. My 10 yr old boy made them with my supervision. We made just a couple small changes. We added some garlic powder and chopped onion and placed meat in a muffin tin(we were able to make 12 little meatloaves). We changed the glaze slightly by doing half ketcup and half bbq sauce. We will definitely make them again. These will be great to take to a potluck too!
