Chicken, Asparagus, and Mushroom Skillet

This is a very tasty dish, however anytime I see lemon butter and white wine I usually add capers. Will definitely do this again.

I too used marinated artichokes, other than that I followed the recipe and thought it was quite tasty. I will follow the advice of others next time and add cream and more feta cheese close to the end.

Beef Bourguignon II

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Very good recipe. I did take the advice of the previous reviewer and used chicken broth instead of water as well as Cream of mushroom and chicken soup. Mine was a bit liquidy so next time I will add a bit of flour to thicken it up. Will definitely make this again.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Chicken

I made this exactly as the recipe says. Chicken was very good and tender. I might cut the sauce part in half next time, a lot of left over sauce, or add something to thicken it, it was very liquidy.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II

I thought this was excellent. Chicken came out very flavorful, moist and tender. Only suggestion is for me I would add a bit less oregano next time. Might even add some capers at the end? Or try it with rosemary and thyme in place of the oregano.
