New Orleans Corn Bisque with Smoked Sausage

Quick, easy AND good. I spiced it up a bit with cajun seasoning like others suggested just because i like things on the spicy side. Will make again!

Crunchy Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

Not bad, prpbably won't make again. I agree with others too cake like of a texture. I would suggest either using two browine mixes or make in a 9x9 pan. Family liked but still some left after a week.

Darling Strawberry Cupcakes with Dreamy Buttercream Icing

I agree with other reviewers that the entire can of filling would have been too much. I probably used about 3/4 can including putting some in with icing. So good i had to bring to the office or i would have eaten them ALL! I will absolutley make these again.

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle

Great recipe! Iadded add'l peanuts and came out perfect. I think key is getting temp up to 300 so its not so chewy.
