Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

I use a 29 oz. can of Tomato Puree instead of the canned Marinara Sauce. I also use Italian Seasoning in addition to the Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Garlic to taste and 1Bay leaf. I put my onions, Bell Peppers and garlic into a skillet and cook until they shrink to the point that they are cooked almost completely done before adding them to the cooker. My family, friends and I like mine the best.

If you have any way of getting fresh cream corn it is a lot better. Fresh sliced tomatoes are very good with cream corn too! Gloria

Twenty Minute Chicken

Bell Peppers, Onions and any other item that you especially like would go great in this item. I would use a pan that will work on the stove and in the stove. I'd also remove the chicken from the pan and cook the vegetables in the same pan. Why use two or three pans when one will do? Takes about 5 extra minutes Gloria

Crispy Fried Chicken

One little thing, instead of soaking in saltwater, my Mother always cut up her chicken,salted and peppered it the night before and let the chicken absorb the seasonings all night and cook it the next day. I also do this. It's great! Try it, you'll like it. I promise
