Country Apple Dumplings

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2013
I have made the recipe with half the ingredients, it turned out pretty good, I am giving it 4 stars because when I melted the butter and added sugar and cinnamon, it got lumpy on the bottom of the pot and the butter was floating and not mixing properly. I think its because I used powdered sugar?? could be. And when I put my sauce on the dumplings I could hardly add quarter of a can of Mountain Dew, the pan was over flowing with the sauce, I used puff pastry rolls, and baked it for 35 min only. Was really good but we still had a lot more extra sauce left in the pan...Next time I would double the dumplings but use the same amount of sauce.

Peanut Butter Cake II

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2011
OMG!! if you love PB and love cake, then this might be what you're looking for. I used moist white cake mix and 1 whole cup of crunchy PB, for the frosting I just got a white one from the supermarket and added PB to it, it turned out amazing! so delicious! and is done so fast. :-)

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2010
The ingredients sounded like too much for me, so I decided to just half them, so I found the same recipe exactly on food..and.......OMG, seriously, these are amazing!, I used 3/4 cups of butter instead of 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of shortening and 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla powder, and 1 more important thing, these bake too fast, 10 min might be brown them a little bit, I baked mine for 8 min only, amazing!!! they were huge, soft, and chewy, and the vanilla pudding added an wonderfull flavour :)
