Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Wow these are delicious cookies. I followed the original recipie using Jif brand peanut butter with honey and omitting the small amount of water. Since I do not have the patience for drop cookies, I pressed the entire batch of dough into my jelly roll pan and made bar cookies. Very tasty peanut butter flavor enhanced by gobs of chocolate chip. Soft and gooey, too, just the way I like a cookie. It was difficult not to eat more than two while cutting and storing them! I will be making this recipie again and again.

Deep Dish Brownies

I made these brownies twice yesterday; once exactly as written and next adding 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. Ohhh yeah, this is my new brownie recipie. They are chewy, moist, fudgey, chocolatey delishousnes. The only way to make them better would be a big scoop of ice cream. So my advice is add the cocolate chips but don't change anything else! If you want fudgey brownies, find a different recipe because this one is perfect!

Easiest Brownies Ever

Excellent recipie, good consistency, great chocolate taste, perfect texture. A couple of changes;after reading reviews, I added 2T molasses, 1T instant coffee to the batter. I also layered on 3c unsweetend flaked coconut mixed with 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 2t vanilla. This will definatly cure your sweet tooth, especially if you put a scoop of cherry ice cream on top while it's still warm. YUM!
