I don't cook very often but I made this recipe for my boyfriend who is very picky eater and we both loved it! It wasn't very difficult and baked well. I used part-skim ricotta instead of cottage cheese, added a bit more garlic powder, and topped it with mozzarella as well as parmesan. I baked it for 20 minutes covered, and 20 minutes uncovered. I used two jars of Newman's Own Tomato Basil sauce to which I added ground turkey and Italian Seasoning. This recipe made about two trays of shells, so I'll probably halve it next time. Great recipe though, I will definitely keep experimenting with it!
