Southern-Style Oven-Fried Catfish

These were awesome. I added a little more hot sauce because i like spicy food. Also, cooked for 15 minutes flipped them and cooked for 10 more minutes. They were crispy and delicious.

Cranberry Nut Granola Bars

Low-Fat Potato Soup

This was a great recipe! I didn't even add the cheese because I wanted it to be even lower fat. Also added some ham pieces and like other review carrots instead of celery. It was delicious.

I used this sauce recipe for my lasagna so I modified a little bit because I wanted it really thick. One of my cans of tomato sauce was also the kind with garlic and basil already added in and for the thickness I didn't add the water. Added more oregeno to it too but otherwise it was one of the best sauces I made as my family usually likes Prego.
