Cookies... I love that you can try a batch, make an adjustment and try again... very easy to experiment with.

I love to experiment and a triump for me is when I can create something new... and remember what I did long enough to make note of it.
My cooking tragedies
I probably have as many tragedies as I have triumps... I like to experiment and sometimes it doesn't turn out the way I want. The biggest tragedy is when I create something wonderful, but then can't remember what I did.
