Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges

Awsome!! I cut my wedges smaller, probably 12 per potato. Covered cookie sheet with foil and sprayed it with pam. Cooked about 30 min and turned halfway. They were really crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and had tons of flavour. My whole family loved them. Quick and easy!!

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Quick and easy! Used 2 pounds of beef and froze extras for later. Added some parsley, garlic powder, onion powder and parmesan cheese.

Chicken with Quinoa and Veggies

Tons of flavour! Only changes I made; used cloves of garlic instaed of scapes, and mushrooms & grated carrots instead of zuchinni. Turned out great! Will make again, and try some different veggies, I'm sure anything would work.

Fresh Asparagus and Chicken Casserole

Very goood! Didn't have red pepper so used some sundried tomato for colour. Just mixed it all together and threw in casserole dish and topped with parmesan.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

The title describes it, AMAZING!! Very flavourful and easy. Followed the recipe exact, except I used a pork roast so I cooked on high for 4 hours, turned out perfect. Added cornstach to the sauce and used as gravy on potatoes, yummy! The whole family loved it!

Sausage Spaghetti Supper

This meal was quick and easy. I good way to use up left over sausage. I didn't quite have the exact ingredients it called for so I had to sustitute but it turned out great. Both my husband and two year old loved it. We make our own sausage so that's what I used, and it was already cooked since it was left over from the night before. I didn't have crushed tomatoes so I used 1 can of stewed tomatoes and pureed them with a hand mixer to make smooth and I used 1 can of tomato soup. I also didn't have spaghetti so I used 3 cups of penne noodles and mixed them into the sauce. It turned out awesome and I will definetly make it again, probably with the same modifications.

Hamburger Pie

We were pleasantly suprised, it tasted really good and was easy to prepare. I was looking for something wholesome and easy to eat for my 10 month old and thought it would be good for him, not thinking my husband and I would enjoy it as much as we did. Definitely will become a staple in our house. only thing I did different was use one can of mushroom soup like others suggested and spiced up the meat a bit.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

I really loved this recipe, however my husband said it was okay. It was a great alternative to a cheese sauce. I will definitely make it again. I followed a few suggestions and covered the dish and cooked it at 400 so it wouldn't burn, and it turned out great.
