Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

Will certainly use again! I halved the recipe and used a bread machine proofing the yeast in the milk, skipping the water. They were delicious. We put chocolate frosting on some of them.

Homemade Sweet Italian Sausage (Mild or Hot)

So good. I used it with deer (venison) and 10% pork fat. It could have used a little more fat but the spices were fabulous.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Loved the depth from the sweetened condensed milk, my whole family thought it was sweet enough. I, unlike other reviewers, would not add any extra sugar & we like our sweets. I do however think you could double the cinnamon.

Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies

Holy Yum! I'm not much into health food but my M-I-L is diabetic & I'm trying to get her to eat more whole grains, she never even noticed they were healthy. Don't worry about the consistency of the dough, as it bakes the flax will add a lot of oil to soften it up. I don't have agave so I just used 2/3 c brown sugar.

Cherry Cobbler I

Make sure the water is boiling when you pour it in. I used tart pie cherries so it wasn't too sweet at all. I used the recipe exactly how it is after reading the reviews. The only complaint was that it was too sweet but that is because people are using sweet cherries.

Dulce de Leche (Brazilian Flan)

I actually start the sugar on medium until it gets hot and you see little clumps and the sugar starts to turn brown, then I reduce the heat to low/medium low.

White Chip Chocolate Cookies

So good! The only change I will make next time is only use about 1/2 the chips. Another reviewer said that they hold shape really well and not to be afraid to squeeze them together on the cookie sheet and that is very true. Every one loved them (Oh, and I did use 1/2 white 1/2 brown sugar because I prefer brown)

Best Brownies

These are great and have a nice buttery flavor. I used whole wheat pastry flour and my husband couldn't even tell. We are trying to lose weight but refuse (don't have the will power) to sacrifice yummy treats so the recipe size was good for us but typically I would double it, you would probably need to increase the bake time to 30 min or so.

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

Even my husband who is anti-whole wheat liked it! We topped it with olive oil, fresh topped basil, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and prosciutto. Very yummy
