Baked Beans, Texas Ranger

I thought they were pretty good, but I think it would have been better with another can of beans.

I made this dip twice and it was a hit both times. The first time I made it with the two jars of jalapeno cans and it was pretty spicy hot, but it was addicting. The second time I used one jar of jalapenos and it had all the flavor of jalapeno without the heat. It depends on your audience, but everybody loved it.

Classic Macaroni Salad

Delicious! Crowd pleaser! It is creamy but not "mayo-ish". I made for 4th of July bbq and it kept great the entire day. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe.

Navy Bean Soup

Very delicious soup...the instant potatoes add the perfect consistancy. I did add more water as needed and also a drained can of petite diced tomatoes as well. A keeper.
