About this Cook
Hi my name is Sue how do you do!!!I love love love cooking and baking I always have,,,I love this site ,,I spend more time here than anywhere,,, I am most proud of myself for being a good cook ... it makes life easier when being so far away from my family .. my grandchildren complete my life.I would like to add that I am a recent member of Al-anon and it's changed my life for the better...
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook Greek food most ..but I actually love cooking all foods
My favorite family cooking traditions
Sunday dinner around 2:00 pm , cooking for my kids and grandangels tops all ,Christmas dinner ect
My cooking triumphs
making recipes off diners drive-ins and dives ,especially Parasols po-boys (roast beef) and debris gravy oh man was that awesome ,my boyfriend couldn't get enough !!!
My cooking tragedies
Just recently I made a wonderful chocolate cake and chocolate, peanut butter frosting, well the taste was out of this world but it looked like , lol I made a single layer, then cut it in half to make 2 layers, and it slid off and what a mess all over the floor ,cupboard doors ,and bakers rack ,but my boyfriend loved it and put it out it in the freezer to take to work to share with his buddies mademe feel better about it

Celery Stuffing
I luv luv luv it ,I put the turkey neck and wing tips on top of my stuffing in the baking pan ,that way everyone gets some turkey flavored stuffing ,also I could eat my stuffing with more celery ,and I don't cook' it first just dice and it has a wonderful mouth feel ,I also add diced apples ,whatever I have in the fridge ,but all in all this is the best recipe....thanks for sharing
