My 16 year old son made these tonight. They were really delicious!!! We had a few different sauces to dip them in. Will be making these again....so easy to make.

Banana Milk Drink

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2012
All family members aged from 40 to 3 years of age enjoyed this as an after dinner drink treat. I added ice cubes to the blender to make sure it was cold and ready to drink. For extra protein add your favourite protein powder, or a some natural peanut butter. :)

Eggplant, Roasted Pepper and Chicken Pitas

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
Made this tonight with naan bread. My family of 7 raved about it, (ranging from my husband, teenagers, and a two year old). It's going to stay as a regular "sandwich" in this family. I served it on a bit of spinach and a little crumble feta for topping. Just wanted to add that I broiled my chicken without instead of frying it in oil and didn't bread it. I only added about a little more than a pinch of garlic seasoning on each of the breasts for a bit of flavour. This helps cut down on some of those unwanted calories & fat.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
Absolutely wonderful! The family loved it! Made as per recipe. Low fat substitute, plain yogurt & bit of sour cream instead of mayo. This turns out nice also.

Great to bring to the gym and pop into my mouth after my workout!! A definite keeper that I'll keep rotating with my protein shakes, and meals.

Classic Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2010
A hit!!! Been making it for the family for over a year now. They love. Made it for my husband's office pot luck and everyone was requesting the recipe!! Let the sauce blend overnight for flavours to flow through. Mix with pasta right before serving for a really creamy salad.

Ranch Dressing II

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2010
Taste like dill dip and not ranch. I still like it, however, disappointing as I was hoping for the ranch taste.

Chewy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2010
Crumbled and followed the recipe as is. Never had a recipe fail me before. The mix was a little dry and probably could have used more honey. I'll try this again with more honey and hopefully they turn out. So disappointed to have to throw this all out!!! :( Update: I made a second batch and added a full cup of margarine and a full cup of honey. Full thumbs up from all of the family including the hubby!

Slow Cooker Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
In response to Urbanjogurl: It may only take 2 hrs for the oven version. However, I get home at 6:30pm still have to do housework, help with homework etc...preparing a 2 hr meal to eat by 9pm is out of the question. Kudos to you if you have all the time in the world to cook for your family. Something like this is perfect for me and dinner is ready to be served ASAP when I get home! Make it your own by tweaking it a bit. This recipe is awesome!!

Easy Italian Chicken II

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
It was delicious! I rated it a four because it didn't "wow" me, but will become a regular in my menu. I added fresh mushrooms with the chicken while it was marinating too. Definitely a must try!

Tangy Broccoli

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
Loved it! I used honey mustard and low-Fat processed cheese food. I steamed the broccoli first then combine the mustard and cheese, then added a couple dashes of cayenne pepper. Poured over the broccoli and mixed lightly.
