Sherry's German Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2011
Sounds great. Hope my hubby will let me make this next yr. He doesn't normally like fruit with meat. To lmh32683, when you have drippings, you need to separate the fat out from the other liquid. There is a fat separater cup, you can buy. I just get a large spoon & skim the top; that is where the fat stays. Hope this helps.

Oatmeal Carmelitas

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2012
These are so yummy! I love caramel & chocolate. Someone said they were bland, I don't get that. These remind me somewhat of Magic Cookie Bars. The main difference, being the coconut in the MCBs. Someone also, called them Goober Cookies. Goobers are peanuts, so maybe they originally had peanuts in them. I prefer the walnuts, in this recipe. The nuts & oatmeal actually give you something healthy. ha

Just as good as my Aunt Mary's! Gloria, one person, in their picture, decided to use marshmallows, instead of meringue. See the five other pictures. :)

Crispy Chicken Strips

Yummy, dipping in egg prior to crumbs. Covergirl, a salt-free product would be like Mrs. Dash, for instance. I'm sure there are more different kinds out there too.

This is the original Orange Julius recipe that I have been making for over 20 years. It is always delicious.

Extreme Veggie Scrambled Eggs

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2011
Great recipe. My own scrambled egg recipe(s) evolved over the years from a western omelette, when I was a newlywed. These days, I mostly use green pepper, onion, & Cheddar cheese; some times salsa & cheese, or even just chives. It's all good. Some folks need to lighten up. The dissed person probably is a chef, but I felt he was referring to himself, as much as other people.

Crispy Rice Candy

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2012
Yummy, but is a little much w/2lbs. of wh.choc. Also, not sure, if I like the marshmallows, that much. I have sampled a similar recipe from an acquaintance; it had Captain Crunch peanut butter cereal & little stick pretzels in it, along with this recipe's other ingredients, except no marshmallows. Oh, that person poured her's onto waxed paper or in a pan w/waxed paper, & when solid, would break into sections. To LSHEPLY, in a review from 'ellisa', she said most puffed rice contains malt/malt extract, which is NOT gluten free. Thought you'd like to know.

Garlic Aioli

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2012
Very good. I love garlic! I did reduce salt & lemon juice, since my husband & I watch salt, due to high bp. And, he is a little sensitive to citrus. I love the freshness of lemon. Whoever said, it tastes like mayonnaise, that's right; it's suppose to. The title means garlic mayonnaise. I also love mayonnaise. It is the dressing that made my mom's slaw taste so great! Of course, it had other tasty ingredients, as well.

Good--would use a little less mustard. Still like my own recipe, so might alternate between them.

Hash Brown Sandwich

Good; variations are many. To Shonda, you could just put it under the broiler for a couple of minutes. If your skillet handle isn't ovenproof, use a couple of sheets of aluminum foil to mold over handle, & it is protected just fine.

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2012
I only use about half of the onion soup mix due to saltiness. If want more soup mix type onion, I can add dried or dehydrated onion that is found on the spice aisle. To Alymade, if you take all the seasoning (soup mix) away, bland is what you get. So, don't blame the recipe.

Vegetarian Lime Orzo

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2012
Yummy! Did add a little more seasoning & a tad of hot sauce. I don't know why someone would ever peel summer squash like zucchini & yellow squash. Yellow squash is good in this as well. Thanks for the recipe.

Orzo with Kale

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2012
I love kale & was used to eating it overcooked for years. That is how most people ate it. Since, I now know how much of the nutrients are destroyed by cooking too much, I learned to eat kale in a more chewy state & still enjoy it, especially w/garlic. Also, I know turmeric is very good for you, but have yet to taste it. I am looking forward to making this dish very soon. It should be delicious.

Awesome...love salmon, love mustard! Someone referred to it, as a patty. I think someone is confused. I would have liked to have given 4 1/2 stars. Anyway, thanks CHRISTYJ.

Gary's Turkey Burritos

Used less heat by using 1 hot tomato sauce & 1 regular. Tasty; may add some other seasoning next time. To the person asking about carbs, that would be the refried beans & tortillas

Scrambled Egg Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2013
Lovely recipe. I would probably use ham or bacon alternately, as well. So convenient. I don't understand, when folks say, they won't or might not try the recipe again, just because it needs more spice. Can a person not pick up the cayenne or red pepper flakes & put some in? That makes no sense to me.
