Chef John's Christmas Miracle Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
I'm not sure why this doesn't have more reviews? I watched the video first and it looked so easy, so I got the rest of the recipe here. Super easy and tasty. I didn't have silicone molds so I used parchment paper in a small tray and it worked just fine! Cut them into squares. Texture is great and flavor is delicious. I did not taste the coconut oil either. Definitely recommend this recipe, you can't go wrong!

Black Bean Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
I was scared to try this but so glad I did! No, you do not taste the beans! I used my magic bullet to blend the ingredients. Next time I will substitute egg beaters instead of eggs and splenda instead of regular sugar. I think the texture is a little grainy and not very creamy but nuts would definitely help. Not sure if there is something low calorie to make it creamier. Thanks for the recipe! Using this one again and again.

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
This is the first time making quinoa and I had my reservations how this would taste. But it is great!! Packed full of flavor. I did not soak the quinoa and I don't think it needed to be soaked. Very good, thank you!

Groovy Green Smoothie

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2009
I was reluctant to try this but glad I did! I added more fruit since I was afraid to taste the spinach (I really don't like veggies) and it really came out great. I added an extra banana and a whole apple and ice. Delicious. Will make again. Thank you!

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
These were really moist. I think if I used riper bananas they would have had a stronger flavor. Otherwise these are really good especially with chopped walnuts! Thank you for the recipe.

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

Loved it! Didn't bother waiting 1 hour this time. Sprinkled blueberries while cooking so they didn't get smashed (I used frozen). Thank you!

Very very tasty! I had to cook 4-5 minutes for mine so they wouldn't burn. And so easy to make. Thank you!
