Cajun Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: May 29, 2008
This was amazing! I love cajun food and this had just the right amount of spice. Next time I will make my own alfreo sauce, but its still great with the Ragu Garlic Parmesean sauce! Definately a favorite and will most definately make again!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2008
I just made this for my college graduation party and it was amazing! It was gone in an hour! After reading reviews, I used grilled chicken breast but I did 1/2 grilled chicken breast shredded and 1/2 Perdue fresh cuts( its what I had in the fridge) I also used Blue Cheese instead of ranch, it was great! People were asking for the recipe all night, Thank you! Update: I've made this so many times, people always rave about it! I use 3/4 cup blue cheese and 1/4 cup ranch.

Red Skinned Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
Awesome!! I did use scallions instead of regular onions and did 2/3 mayo, 1/3 Sour cream. Everyone raved about it!! Can't wait to make it again! Thanks! Update: I have made this numerous times and have tweaked it a bit. I season the potato salad with onion, garlic powder, celery salt, season salt, white pepper and whatever else sounds good at the time. I never measure but taste as I go. Also, I have learned from experience that potato salad can lose some flavor when the mayo is mixed and sits for a few hours. I always taste right before serving to see if it needs anything added.

Baked Salmon with Coconut Crust

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
I made this last night and it was alright. Not my favorite. Should have read some reviews for suggestions because the coconut didn't stick to the fish. If I were to try it again, maybe bread it with egg rather than lemon/lime juice.

Baked Applesauce

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2009
Great applesauce, and so easy! I scaled this recipe for 10 apples and used over half of it in the baked apple pies from this site.I took the rest to work the next day. I didn't have a hand masher so I used a meat cleaver! Whatever works! I also added a little brown sugar which I probably won't use next time. It was so sweet. Sooo good! Will definitely make again.

So amazingly good! Nice and fluffy and filling! I will never use the box again! I don't think my husband would let me! I followed what Tevan211 said and left the milk and eggs at room temp and added some vanilla. I served them with fresh strawberries. Will make over and over!

Savory Herb Rice

This was very good. Next time I will add some garlic and a little more salt. I omitted the soy sauce based on other reviewers and the fact that we aren't big fans. Will probably make again.

Shrimp and Portobello Mushroom Fettuccine

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2009
So good! Restauarant quality! I made this last night and it was great! I added a little more garlic, 1/3 c butter instead of 1/2 (just trying to reduce some calories!) and milk instead of cream. It was still thick and delicious. I also folded in crab meat. I thought this had a ton of flavor! Thanks!
