McCormick® Stuffed French Toast

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
YUMMMM. I made this yesterday for Easter breakfast and it was wonderful! I used Strawberry preserves on half of them and Blueberry preserves on the other half. You don't even need syrup for these! Delicious and filling!

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
Excellent. This was my second time making this dish for a holiday and its wonderful. I cut back on the sugar like most suggested to 1/3 c. My mom always made the sweet potatoes from the can with butter and brown sugar, etc. This is so much better and she asks me to bring this to holiday dinnners, now. Thanks for a great recipe!

Chicken Savoy

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2010
I made this the other night and had every intention of using the Red Wine vinegar which I read on several reviews. As destiny would have it I only had Balsamic on hand. LOVED it! So happy I stuck with the recipe! The only thing I did change SLIGHTLY was to add extra garlic. I used one large clove for every two pieces of chicken. Will definitely make again! thanks for a great recipe.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
This was phenomenal. DH said it was the best shrimp dish he ever had. I had to use green pepper instead of red and I used low-fat creamer and button mushrooms b/c it's what I had on hand. I may add peas to this next time to change it up. LOVE this recipe!

I've made this several times and it is delicious! I use fresh herbs but pretty much make the recipe exactly as described. I just made a large pot to freeze for when I go on maternity leave and my husband ate most of it in two days! The meatballs are so soft and delicious this way. Thanks for the great recipe!

Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells

I used other reviewers suggestions and simmered the chicken in olive oil, garlic, and italian seasonings. I used fresh basil and oregano in the filling and also added about 1.5 oz cream cheese to the mixture. I made a whole box of shells and froze half of them for another time. Very good! thanks for the recipe!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2009
I just made this for my college graduation party and it was amazing! It was gone in an hour! After reading reviews, I used grilled chicken breast but I did 1/2 grilled chicken breast shredded and 1/2 Perdue fresh cuts( its what I had in the fridge) I also used Blue Cheese instead of ranch, it was great! People were asking for the recipe all night, Thank you! Update: I've made this so many times, people always rave about it! I use 3/4 cup blue cheese and 1/4 cup ranch.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2009
Update: I had to update this review. I make this every Easter. This year everyone was so stuffed from dinner, I just sent them all home with pieces of the cake. I have received 4 separate phone calls in the last two days over this cake saying how it is the best carrot cake anyone has ever had. I always top it with cream cheese frosting and follow the recipe exactly (except this time I added dried cranberries instead of raisins). This cake is a lot of ingredients but not that involved once you're finished. Mine also finished 15-20 minutes earlier than the recipe states so check your cake!! But there is no reason to ever make another carrot cake. This is fabulous. I cannot thank the submitter enough for sharing this recipe!

Very good! I used light cream instead of heavy cream and added some sauteed some mushrooms, onions and garlic to the sauce with the pimientos. I doubled the sauce and poured over chicken and bowties. Easy and delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2009
yummm...this was great! I used Colby shredded cheddar and rolled them secured with toothpicks. I also cut the cream cheese in half as other reviewers suggested. I'm glad I did because the cream cheese can easily become overpowering. Quick, easy and delicious! Will definitely make again. Thanks!

Shrimp and Portobello Mushroom Fettuccine

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2009
So good! Restauarant quality! I made this last night and it was great! I added a little more garlic, 1/3 c butter instead of 1/2 (just trying to reduce some calories!) and milk instead of cream. It was still thick and delicious. I also folded in crab meat. I thought this had a ton of flavor! Thanks!

Savory Herb Rice

This was very good. Next time I will add some garlic and a little more salt. I omitted the soy sauce based on other reviewers and the fact that we aren't big fans. Will probably make again.
