This was excellent. I followed the advice of others and refrigerated the batter about 1.5 hours before rolling them. Since many reviews stated they were flat after cooking, I also put the balled cookies on the cookie tray in the fridge for an additional 10-15 minutes prior to putting them in the oven. They maintained an excellent shape!! Thank you for the recipe! Will definately make again.
