This was excellent. We really enjoyed all the colors and the flavor was fantastic. I added a little italian seasoning as well. We made this with Tilapia and really enjoyed it. Thanks for a great recipe!

Swordfish a la Siciliana

Excellent recipe!! Followed recipe exactly as written except used 3 cloves of garlic instead of one. Swordfish steaks came from Omaha Steaks and were one inch thick. Will make again for company next time.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

This was excellent. I followed the advice of others and refrigerated the batter about 1.5 hours before rolling them. Since many reviews stated they were flat after cooking, I also put the balled cookies on the cookie tray in the fridge for an additional 10-15 minutes prior to putting them in the oven. They maintained an excellent shape!! Thank you for the recipe! Will definately make again.
