White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

These are nummy yummy! Made these for Christmas cookies and everyone raved! The brandy is a must, gives it that extra something. Next time I'll try maybe adding a little cinnamon and perhaps a different liquor, like the rum I got from Barbados. Definatley, do not overcook these, best left to be a lil' chewy.

Grilled Chicken Adobo

Being filipino I've always cooked adobo in just one pot, but this grilling idea gave it a better kick. Those who are worried about too much soy sauce or salt thats what adobo is all about. Kikoman does have a reduced salt sauce haven't tried it though my mom would throw a fit! I added minced ginger and please don't forget the peppercorns! Thanks for sharing this idea!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This is a killer pumpkin bread! I made 3 loaves, brought one into work and was requested to make more. Great for a sweet bread snack in the mornin' w/ butter. Added walnuts and wanted a little more spice & added a pinch more ginger.

Banana Nut and Ginger Bread

This by far is the BEST banana nut bread recipe Ive used. The beer and the fresh ginger adds that something to it. Ive made this a few times, used reg. and golden raisins. Although I've not used the spice ground cardamom in this yet. Ive brought this to work and have gotten many personal requests for more! Dont let the beer scare you, Ive used English dark ales in the recipe and never without fail comes a perfect taste! Thanks for sharing this one!

Banana Bread I

Very good! I added 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2cp white & 1/2cp brown sugar. Added walnuts and mini chocolate chips, baked for about 45mins and it turned out fantastic.

Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce III

I made this a couple of yrs ago for a company pot luck, and wouldn't you know the ladies who were on the diet program changed thier meals for a scoop of this! I recently made this for my b/f and he went ga ga for it. Differences I put in were nutmeg, brown sugar, added some apples, peaches, and golden raisins. Depending on the bread you use will make a difference as well. Ive tried French and Chicago Italiian bread, but fresh is best! The whiskey sauce was the best didn't cut anything. Thanks for this fabuolus recipe!

Creole Chicken I

Wow, this is a super recipe! This is a keeper. The cream sauce was the best, and you can definately adjust your spice factor on this. I did this per instructions and added pepper flakes to my own serving, even better! Next time I'll add the spice in the cream to blend it in.

Coconut Cream Pie

This is a great recipe, it takes a little time but not a great amount. I like the coconut in the filling it gave it a great taste. I put whipped cream on top, yummy.

I skipped the banana liqueur too, but it still turned great, if you dont like a strong flavor of rum, make sure you cook and burn all the alchol out, made this for breakfast to top pancakes, yummy!!
