Asparagus and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2014
You could skip the bread comes and instead combine 1/4 c. light mayo and 1/8 c. parmesan cheese. Spread evenly over the top side of the chicken breast. Last 3-4 minutes set oven to broil and DELISH. (rating based on recipe as is with no modifications.)

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
This is the best VEGETARIAN chili ever. Prepared exactly as directed. The result was a very fragrant, appeasing dish, that fooled everyone! My meat eaters had no clue that this dish was lacking meat!

Spicy Black Bean Cakes

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
I am going to give this 5 stars because my husband, who does not eat black beans at all enjoyed this very much. So did my 11 year old son. And for me, that makes this an EXCELLENT recipe. I prepared this exactly as directed. Thank you for sharing.

Carrot Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
These are simply fantabulous! I added a few finely chopped cloves of garlic and used Grape Nuts flakes for the added Whole Grain and Fiber. We loved them. My husband/daughter made them up like hamburgers, I just ate the patties by themselves.

Slow Cooker Spicy Black-Eyed Peas

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
I wanted to try something new for the HOLIDAY and stumbled upon this gem. Wow! The flavor in this recipe is all over the place and you will not be disappointed. My husband, who normally eats a spoonful to keep up in tradition, ate this by the bowlful multiple times. I prepared this as is, the only change is I used my pressure cooker!

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
Hubby is so not a meatloaf eater... And I love it. The comprimise is I make it maybe 2x a year and even the kids are acquiring his tastes and beginning to pick at it. I actually did this with ground turkey, and I must say! You are on to something! There was not even a left over slice to take to work the next day.

Hearty Chicken Strata

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2009
I loved this, I used Wheat Bread for the Bread and I added a few cloves of garlic, and this was delish. It made alot more then I anticipated! Next time, I would decrease the bread and liquids by half.

A Nice Slow-Cooked Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2008
This is an easy worry free way to get a scrumptious home cooked meal to the dinner table. Great for a lazy Sunday. Do take heed that this recipe calls for too much liquid. If you reduce it as the others suggested you will be just fine. Also after the 1st 5 hours I chose to add 3 Tbsp blended with cold water until smooth. Crockpot cooking will not reduce liquids, therefore this will thicken it up a bit. Also, I took a picture because I remember someone saying it lacked presentation. Presentation is up to the indivdual. There are many different Crockpots that not only cook, they also look great serving.

Justine's Artichoke Chicken Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2008
Thank you so much for sharing Justine. I was looking for something to serve at my wine club and this was perfect. In the picture I adapted it to go into the crockpot for work. (no changes to the recipe were made, just placed in crockpot instead of oven) I served it on Boss's Day for our spread with as many different kinds of crackers and breads I could find. 2 crockpots full, None Left by mid-afternoon.

DeeAnn's Cheesy Bacon Cabbage

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2008
I did dice a little onion and saute it before adding the cabbage. My family loved this and ate the whole pot. I hope you enjoy the picture I submitted and thank you so much for sharing.

Cornbread Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2008
I switched the fresh jalapenos for some nacho slices. This made it more "spread" friendly and it was gone as soon as I set it down.

Shrimp Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2008
I used this recipe during lent, made it for my co-workers and kept it in a crockpot. If you plan on keeping it warm for some time like I did, cook the pasta until it is almost done, but not quite al dente.
