These had a very good flavor. They didn't rise as much as I would have liked. I used a biscuit cutter as recommended in the recipe, but my rolls turned out to be on the small side, not very suitable for sandwiches.

Apple Strudel Muffins

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Georgia Peach Homemade Ice Cream

Beef Stroganoff II

This is more like preserves. If you want jam, I would suggest using commercial pectin, instead of the apples. The flavor was exceptional. Very good recipe.

Florida Strawberry Bread

I was not crazy about this recipe. It calls for way too much oil. I made it a second time using a mixture of butter and applesauce and liked it much better. The flavor is not exceptional either.
