Asparagus, Feta and Couscous Salad
This is so good!! From the little kids up through the adults, EVERYBODY had seconds! The only changes I made were roasting the asparagus in olive oil, s&p, and adding lemon when it came out of the oven, and I added a can of garbanzo beans. (I'm on a garbanzo bean kick!) Would absolutely recommend this recipe as a light meal or a wonderful side to......well, anything!

Pink Valentine Frosting
Worked great as a glue to hold a little heart-shaped cookie on to a bigger heart-shaped cookie (using the Easy Valentine Sugar Cookie recipe), but I was very disappointed in the flavor. I was apologizing for the taste of the frosting before people would take a bite.

Colored Sugar
How cool!! My supper club is having Mardi Gras night this month. I want to make a King Cake but didn't know how difficult it was going to be to find purple, green, and gold sugar. So, I found this recipe and made my own! All 3 of the colors look awesome!! How easy!
