About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Anything with chicken! And steak, or potatoes. I'm pretty traditional...mostly because I'm so picky.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom has a few recipes that my grandma (on my dad's side) gave us. I will never look at a hot sausage recipe on here, because nothing could ever compare!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
This was good, though a bit dry, which may be my fault. I followed other reviewer's advice and I added a tablespoon of minced garlic, a tablespoon of butter, a little pepper, some carrots, and celery. Also, I rubbed the turkey with olive oil before the onion soup.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
Delicious. A bit too many spices for me, but overall, very good.

Italian Green Beans
Very good. I might use a bit more dressing next time...
