About this Cook
I am a 26 year old mother, of a 5 year old son named Joesph. I just got married to my son father in October 2007. Finally, after 5 years of waiting. I absolutly LOVE, to cook. I love trying new things with food, and I love to entertain. I am a part-time hairstylist, and I'm currently finishing my prerequesites to become a Nurse.
My favorite things to cook
I started to bake when I was in high school, and I became pritty good at it after a while. When I met my husband he mostly cooked, but then he started working a whole lot, so I took over, and have been cooking ever since. I'll cook anything and everthing, lOVE ITALIAN food, its the best. My hubby family is Italian, I've learned alot from them.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family dosn't really have any cooking traditions, My father cooked in our family. What I remember the most is steak, potatoes, and corn, very american, I guess you would call it.
My cooking triumphs
I'm in the process over trying to cook very athentic. I love foods from central america, rice and beans, plantains MMMMMM. I love it all. I'll try anything once, unless its moving, or smells bad.
My cooking tragedies
Flat cookies, doughy muffins, over cooking steaks, and so, so, so, much more.
