Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
Delicious as written! I only used Seasoned salt instead of regular salt. Big hit with the fam.

Sour Cream Banana Bread
My family loves banana bread and we are always searching for new recipes. We have a few we always go back to and this will become one of them! Super moist! I see different reviews about cooking times. I had it in the oven for about an hour. I love cinnamon sugar, but I was unsure of it on the bread. It was delicious and crunchy, and even a bit subtle. I will probably also try the recipe without the topping, but it was nice and a bit different. For the one reviewer who gave it one star, saying it was so heavy, I am not sure how they didn't get the right results - I am wondering if he/she skipped the step of beating the sugar & bananas together until they were light and fluffy. Blonde Brownies I
I never thought I liked blondies until somebody brought them to a meeting I was in recently - they were still warm and a-mazing. I went on a hunt to find a great recipe and I hit the jackpot with this one. I was a little worried when I put it in the pan - it didn't spread out to all sides at first. With some work, I spread it out, but it seemed quite thin. Maybe that is normal, or maybe I somehow messed up the measurements, because I saw no other comments about that. Regardless, they turned out fantastic and they did fill the pan. The only change I made was to mix the chocolate chips in so it was more like a cookie bar. Next time, I may try to double the recipe but keep in the same size pan. Thanks for the recipe!
