Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze
Winner, winner salmon dinner. This was delicious and my 4.5 year old son loved it! I followed the ingredients for the recipe exactly, and used two salmon fillets, just shy of a pound. I had to adjust the cooking method, because I tend to overcook things when I broil them. I wrapped the fillets in silver foil, placed them in a pan, and cooked for about 23 minutes at 400. Superb. Thanks Tamara for a great recipe!
