Magic Peanut Butter Middles
These cookies were so good, I made them two days in a row. The first time I followed the recipe exactly and they were all eaten in less than 24 hours. Last night when I made these, I made a few changes to the recipe. We had gone to a party and were served cookies with caramel centers, and they were really good, but they were prepackaged (like the slice and bake ones I guess). I took that idea and applied it to this cookie, instead of PB in the cookie batter I used Nutella (I also added some instant coffee granules to increase the chocolate flavor of the cookie) and I wrapped the batter around Rollo's. I ate one warm and it wasn't the greatest, but now that they are cool, they are outstanding!

Banana Pancakes I
These pancakes are amazing! I have had to make do with what I have on hand all this week (I hope the economy gets better FAST). Tonight was a tough night figuring out what to make for dinner with what I had on hand and that wasn't much. I had bananas, a little flour, and dry milk. I actually tripled the recipe, and because I didn't have enough flour or the means with which to get any, what I did was use old fashioned oats and mixed them in the blender so it resembled flour consistency, and they were amazing! I had my 10 year old help with the liquid ingredients and he loved the way they turned out, that was no surprise, he loves everything. The reason I have given this 5 stars is that my picky boyfriend loved them too, and trust me, if he knew they were a little healthier (because of the oats) he NEVER would have even tried them! I give this an A++ The only other change besides using the powdered milk and the oats was I subbed 1/2 of the white sugar for brown because I like brown sugar with bananas. Thank you Addean1! You rock!

Baked Pork Chops I
I am going to start with the fact that I have never been a fan of pork chops, but, times are tough and my boyfriends mom gave us a package of them and I know that I can turn to allrecipes to help me with anything I want to make. I did follow some of the other reviewers suggestions and made a couple of changes. We are not mushroom fans, so I used cream of celery, and I didn't have any white wine so I filled the can of cream of celery soup 3/4 of the way with milk and added that to the gravy, which I started on the stovetop. I also seasoned the flour and bread crumbs with garlic powder and natures seasoning along with the chops themselves. There are 3 of us, so I only used 3 pork chops, and didn't change any other measurements. instead of browning on the stovetop and transferring to another pan, I used my cast iron skillet and put it into the oven after the chops were browned (why dirty an extra pan?) I didn't bake them as long either and if I had, the chops would have been dry. My whole family enjoyed this, including myself. I may even start buying pork chops and making them this way.
