High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
This is great! Eye of round is no longer pot roast fodder. Now pot roast can be relegated to the cheaper cuts.

Sausage Egg Casserole
This recipe is wonderful! Out of necessity, I made a few changes. For breakfast I had no sausage, but I did have chorizo. I had a dozen eggs, so I used them all. Other than those changes, I followed the recipe. The casserole was cooked at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. It worked!

French Toast Casserole
This recipe, as is, is just OK. It needs some work. I'm willing to try this again, with adjustments.
