Chicken Tequila Fettuccini

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
I don't remember if I've reviewed this already but this is my absolute favorite pasta recipe of all time!! The flavors blend so well together and there is no extra seasoning necessary. Love it!! Thank you!

Raspberry Vinegar Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
This recipe was pretty good, I'd use half of the raspberry vinegar next time because it was a little too sweet for me.

Cheesy Chicken Pepper Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
I liked the flavor of this dish, but the texture of the sauce was not smooth. It turned out very grainy, I used shredded Munster cheese and the sauce thickened without adding cornstarch. I guess it was the cheese that gave the texture that it had, but I'm not a fan. I think if I were to do this again I would make a basic alfredo sauce and add less than half of the Munster cheese just for the flavor. Thank you for the recipe, the flavor was wonderful and different than other pasta dishes I've made.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2009
This was my first time using fondant as well and it was super easy! I made a football cake for the superbowl (my boyfriend's family is from Pittsburgh) and I was amazed at how easy it was to use. I didn't add all the powdered sugar it called for at fist but eventually added it after dividing & coloring the fondant. Thank you so much, great recipe!
