No-Bake Protein Bars
tried this one. the whole family loved it. I used 2.5 cups of oats. 3/4 cup pb. 1/2 cup honey 1/2 maple syrup 1/2 cup brown sugar. We loaded it with sun flower seeds, chocolate chips, cinnamon chips. It was good. Its a great base recipe. I am thinking of other ways to experiment with this recipe. Only way daughter will touch oats.

No Bake Granola Bars
I made these and followed some of the suggestions from reviews. I added maple syrup and honey. This is a great start recipe to make one that suites each family's tastes/ purpose. I also toasted the oats. I still want to sample bases of this recipe experimenting w brown sugar, syrup, honey, pb and I think that I want to add one cup more oats. With only two cups of oats it came out too much like fudge.

Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Great recipe. I made changes to it. I didn't have the orange juice so I substituted what I had on hand which was cranberry juice. I also didn't use the rosemary, because my husband doesn't like it. I did marinate for 24 hours. I added brown sugar because it was recommended by the reviews. Otherwise I followed the recipe. Well, we all loved it - children included. I made it stove top. It smelled great while cooking. Its going to be a repeat.
