I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2005. At first it was my mission to replicate my favorite restuarunt foods/fast foods in gluten free cooking. I am married and have 3 children. Now I need to add diabetic cooking to my skills to help with my husbands health.

Asian foods. I can't eat out at most asian places since they use regular soy sauce which is not gluten free.

Chicken parm and marinara meat sauce. I have guests who request these dishes when they come over.

Mashed potatoes. I can't make them from scratch. I don't know why but every time I try I get glue. Now I just buy the frozen bag of mashed potatos from Orida. They work out great for me.
