Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Great recipe! Used instant brown rice and worked perfectly. Used rotisserie cuz. Just had to add a little more flour at the end cuz I like it pretty thick and creamy. Added sauteed onions, garlic powder and poultry seasoning to taste since I didn't use the rice packet it asked for and used instant rice instead. Cut recipe in half, too. Delish!!

Baked Potato Soup V
This was fabulous! Yes, it is very thick but who wants a runny potatoe soup. Made a few slight adjustments since I like it creamy....Used 3 cups half in half and 2 cups chicken broth instead of 6 cups milk. Then added broth, a little at a time, until it was my desired consistency. Added some garlic powder for flavor and only 1 cup of sour cream. Stopped at 1 cup sour cream because we were happy with the consitency, could add more if like. Also, only added 5.5 ounces of shredded cheese. We felt it was enough, but add to your liking. Didn't add any on top either, thought it was cheesy enough. It was delicious, and a little bit goes a long way!! Didn't need anything else to go with it!

Basic Hummus
Everyone really liked this. I did have to add MUCH more (almost one whole can's worth) of liquid. Maybe it's because I doubled the recipe. Tasted yummy and you can add whatever you want. I added some hot sauce and chipotle powder for a little kick!
