Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins
Turned out great!! I used applesauce in place of butter (or oil), and honey in place of white sugar. And didn't really split up the mixtures...just added the wet ingredients to the dry and and added blueberries and mixed!...Much easier and turned out fantastic!
