Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
This is terrific I have made it twice. The second time I cooked it on the grill. I seasoned the chicken, put it on the grill and used the garlic lime mixture as a basting sauce. We liked it even better that way. Do give it a try if you like to grill.

Pub Chops
I really don't get the comments about it not being flavorful but maybe that's because I altered the process a little. It's pretty automatic for me to caramelize my onions for a dish like this so that's what I did first after cooking the bacon. Next I browned the pork chops on one side. I added the garlic when I turned them. Now I made this with some thin pork chops that I happened to have on hand so by that time they were done and I pulled them. the only other change I made was using two pieces of bacon because 1 piece of the bacon I had did not make two tablespoons of grease. If you do something similar you should find it flavorful unless you find anything less flavorful than say buffalo wings bland. My only complaint (which I have often with recipes like this) is that I would've liked it to make a little more sauce. Not everyone likes things as saucy as I I'm sure. No problem next time I will double all the sauce ingredients! Thanks for sharing this we really enjoyed it. FYI it goes great with a beer.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ok I just made these tonight. I used chocolate chips instead of chocolate chunks. I didn't measure the amount of chips I just eyeballed it. I also substituted thick sugar water for the corn syrup because I didn't have any. Other than that the only thing I changed was the cookie size and bake time. I used my Tablespoon measuring spoon and made rounded scoops. It made almost 3 dozen. It might have made the full three dozen but I have a cookie dough addiction. I also only baked them for 11 minutes. the 1st batch I did for 9 but I had to put them back in. even after they were still not quite right they wanted to fall apart. the other two I put in for 11 minutes and they were perfect.They were not dry at all and I did not reduce the flour a bit. I do recommenced chilling the dough after mixing for less messy scooping though. I also kept in the fridge while baking previous batches. The kids love them... thanks for posting. Oh yes someone mentioned the type of peanut butter might make a difference in how they turn out... I don't know if it does or not but I use Skippy natural creamy.
