Chicken Crunch

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2012
My oldest said this was really good, I thought it was ok. I even used salt, pepper & garlic salt. didnt have cream of chicken so used a can of cream of mushroom soup, plus about 2-3 TB of sour cream & ritz crackers. i'll make again, because its hard finding dishes that are easy to do that my kids like!

Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2012
I crave this recipe when I crave salmon! I use extra sauce because that's how I like it. I also use walnuts instead of pecans. This recipe is very simple & very quick. I have heard people say how salmon is hard to make, and all I can think of is how easy it is, especially this recipe! Only drawback is that my kids dont like salmon, so I don't make often unless they are at their dads.

Buffalo Chicken Wraps

this is so quick, easy and good! i omit the celery and use ranch instead of blue cheese. and instead of chunks of chicken, i cut it into slices. I also add a couple table spoons of butter to the hot sauce.

I dont use picante ,but salt, pepper. My family loves these! They eat them with sour cream instead of the salsa. I make corn to go with them!

5 stars because my teen hates porkchops, but his first word after taking a bite was "Mmmm this is good!" Ive tried many different methods, this one is his winner! We all loved how the chops were soft & moist too I just wish Iknew how to thicken the sauce, it was all runny like water underneath!

Chicken Puffs

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2011
My son said to make these again! he's my true tester. I followed recipe, but instead of real onion, added onion flakes and green onion. Was a tad bland but still pretty good with the crescent roll. Will make these again but next time add some more flavor. Thanks !

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2011
Very easy to make, and loved how I could just brush on the icing. The icing hardened up, so I was able to stack the cookies and store them away.
