About this Cook
I could never cook! I was raised with foods being bland..thats how mom was, gma was..and down the line. Over the years I have learned what spices are, and have tried many different recipes tweaking them to my tastes...and now everyone says I'm a really good cook!
My favorite things to cook
I like to cook a very wide variety of things. One day we might be having Chinese...the next, Greek..the next, mexican. We try recipes from foods from all over. There is nothing that we won't try!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I cook entirely different from my family. Starting my own traditions ;)
My cooking triumphs
Its always a triumph when I am asked to make something again!

Chicken Crunch
My oldest said this was really good, I thought it was ok. I even used salt, pepper & garlic salt. didnt have cream of chicken so used a can of cream of mushroom soup, plus about 2-3 TB of sour cream & ritz crackers. i'll make again, because its hard finding dishes that are easy to do that my kids like!

Baked Dijon Salmon
I crave this recipe when I crave salmon! I use extra sauce because that's how I like it. I also use walnuts instead of pecans. This recipe is very simple & very quick. I have heard people say how salmon is hard to make, and all I can think of is how easy it is, especially this recipe! Only drawback is that my kids dont like salmon, so I don't make often unless they are at their dads.

Buffalo Chicken Wraps
this is so quick, easy and good! i omit the celery and use ranch instead of blue cheese. and instead of chunks of chicken, i cut it into slices. I also add a couple table spoons of butter to the hot sauce.
